FAQ

Unique compared to the many online business trainings that currently exist today, Kate has real world experience in leading and scaling up companies. With a background as a CEO and Co-Founder in both start-ups and successful scale ups, a BBA, an MBA, extensive experience in tech and strategic business consulting experience, Kate has a unique breadth of knowledge. What makes her work so different is how she combines - and has great reverence for - the divine feminine, spirituality and nature's cycles. She bridges the two worlds she has lived in most, through her work in The Feminine Code Business School.

The Feminine Code Business School is an 8-week intensive online immersion into building a successful business the feminine way. The Feminine Code is the first training of its kind using practical business frameworks that are woven together with the feminine wisdom of nature and its cycles.

You will learn to create and grow a business in-tune with the lunar cycle, the seasons, the elements and the woman’s own cycle. The Feminine Code training is practical for building and growing your new business or for helping you improve the business you are already running.

The Feminine Code is an entirely online training that takes place in the online learning portal and includes five live group sessions with Kate. Calls take place over video conference and the training takes place over a third party platform.

You have one-year access from the start of the training so you can revisit the material again and again.

The training requires approximately 3 - 5 hours of time per week if you are completing it real-time. This can vary based on how deep you go into the work and whether you expand the business frameworks over multiple aspects of your business. We recommend following the training pace with 1 module (or phase) per week.

As the training is run in line with the phases of the moon over 8 weeks, it is best to keep with the pace of the training; however, if you do fall behind, it is no stress, as you can pick up where you left off and meet us for the live sessions when they begin.

Building a business takes time, and this 8 week immersion will get you on the fast-track to starting up and scaling your business in an entirely new way.

The general Feminine Code Business School curriculum can be found on The Feminine Code page.

The training will cover many different energetic healing modalities, as you are working a great deal with your own energy as it relates to your business. You will work with the feminine arts, the phases of the moon, the seasons, elements and the directions.

We will weave this knowledge together with many different aspects of business, ranging from the foundation of Vision, Mission and Values, getting clarity on what you are here to do (either within your already running business or in a business that you have yet to create). You will look into customer segmentation, product and service creation, marketing, messaging, product packaging, pricing, budgeting, scheduling and business plan building.

The Feminine Code Business School is the first level of this kind of training and since it is a global program, the specifics of the following will not be covered: banking, investment, loans, tax structures, legal business structures and insurance. For these topics you will need to consult your insurance provider, your attorney and/or your accountant.

The Feminine Code Business School will not delve into manufacturing or distribution aspects of business.

We are currently in session. The next registration period opens in March 17 2022.  You can check the website to see when the next registration begins or get on the waitlist.

Absolutely! The Feminine Code Business School is perfect if you’re just starting out because it will allow you to begin the entrepreneurial journey in a way that supports your success from a feminine perspective. If you already have your business started, you will learn how to completely reframe how you run and structure your business.

The Feminine Code Business School goes beyond the business basics and takes you into core aspects of starting, building and running your business with feminine power as the core asset.

The Feminine Code is a concept developed by Kate Murphy that connects to the wisdom of nature, the moon's phases and cycles, the elements as well as the directions, and weaves them into different areas of one's life. Her primary focus presently is on how to use this wisdom in business. This can be experienced through her training of the same namesake, The Feminine Code.

The divine feminine is an energetic healing frequency that feature the feminine qualities we experience in our lives. These qualities are not seen, but rather felt. The divine feminine can include certain values such as honouring nature, connecting to others and can include deeper spiritual explorations into the idea of there being both a feminine and masculine aspect to spirit.

Living and working in a western society that is very focused on the masculine being valued and revered, Kate found it important to work with raising the feminine frequency in order to meet the masculine. Following her work in both tech and business, she saw a need to bring more emphasis onto feminine values and women, especially as it related to leadership.

She sees it as important to reach a balance between the energies, and not to hold one greater than the other. Both of equal importance, and both honoured.

You can read about Kate on the About Kate page, or read some of the articles and listen to podcasts where Kate has been a guest on the press page.

While there isn't a way to test out the material of the training, you are able to take Kate's FREE My Purpose Mini Course which is available on the Home page and under the Resources section of this website.

The doors to The Feminine Code Priestess School are wide open to all those who are feeling a call to delve into the timeless wisdom of the Sacred Feminine and Masculine in balance, Mother Nature, and the cycles of the natural world. All cultural or religious backgrounds are welcome here and do not compete. Think of Priestess School as a place where you can gain a wider breadth of how you experience spirituality. If you're new to this space, be assured that this journey will usher in a completely transformed connection with the sacred, the feminine, and, above all, with your own authentic self. No prior training is required.

To answer this question in a few sentences would be doing a disservice, but in an attempt to shed light on an important question: a priestess is a guardian of ancient wisdom, a spaceholder, a threshold holder, a healer, and an embodiment of an integrated feminine and masculine leader. The priestess honours the Sacred Feminine and acknowledges the importance of balance and unity. With a deep connection to nature and an understanding of natural rhythms, she perceives the sacred within each individual, recognizing the oneness that exists between the Divine, nature, and humanity.

In the midst of life's busyness, embracing the path of the Priestess is even more important. If you’re feeling like there is too much going on and you’re spread thin, we encourage you to reflect on how this may be even more important to prioritize.

‍The teachings guide you to weave the sacred feminine into your daily life, bringing harmony and integration as a natural by-product. By recognizing the significance of balance between the feminine and masculine, nurturing a deep connection with nature, and aligning with natural rhythms, one can weave the sacred into everyday existence.

Moreover, it's worth noting that for those who embark on this journey, the course materials are thoughtfully provided with flexibility in mind. You are granted ample time to navigate the materials at your own pace, allowing you to tailor the experience according to your unique circumstance and schedule. This is not an “intensive course,” it’s an embodied container that spans weeks to months. While the live ceremonies have fixed dates (but are recorded), the majority of the course content is designed to accommodate the diverse rhythms of life, ensuring that the sacred path of the Priestess remains accessible.
