Having started up, co-founded and run several companies, I’m what I like to call a serial entrepreneur. I love creating businesses. As you can imagine, over the years I’ve had my share of mistakes and realizations, as well as big wins and learnings. The Feminine Code Business School is my way of connecting the sacred to business. It combines my business knowledge (BBA, MBA, founder, investor, CEO) and my connection to spirit (initiated priestess and trained in the divine feminine arts) to create a holistic program that serves both your higher self and your bottom line.

THE METHODOLOGY
The Feminine Code Business School is comprised of 8 core phases, or modules, which follow the phases of the moon. The training includes 4 live sessions with Kate, video lessons, meditations, practical business frameworks, worksheets and energetic healing modality trainings that are taught in-line with the rhythms of nature.

As CEO of one of the largest chess tech companies over the last 7.5 years, as well as holding a BBA and an MBA, I had quite the breadth of knowledge when it came to “doing business” in the traditional way. Simultaneously, I was delving deep into the feminine wisdom of nature and my own spiritual path. Admittedly I didn’t meet many like me along my path - and so I spent most of the time living a double life, one professionally and one personally.

Ultimately this lead me to feeling burnt out and unhappy. Until 2019, when I decided to become more public about my truth - when I decided there must be a way to be both, all the time. It was that decision that changed everything for me - professionally and personally. I realized I could create really successful businesses while simultaneously connecting to myself and to the mystical.

So what is this divine feminine / priestess thing you keep speaking about?

Before our system became a patriarchal one, there was a deep reverence for the feminine. Feminine wisdom, her ability to move with the cycles and her intuition was revered. In Western society, this is a thing of the past. But it shouldn’t be.

The path of the priestess is a study and practice of working with the “divine feminine.” It is the feminine counterpart, or yin, to the masculine counterpart, or yang. The divine feminine is represented in nature, in her cycles and her rhythms. There are many lineages in which women can initiate as priestesses; where the divine feminine practices and wisdom can be re-learned. I’ve spent many years deep in these teachings - all while building businesses.

  • Where does The Feminine Code Business School take place?

    The Feminine Code is an entirely online training that takes place in the online learning portal and includes four live group sessions with Kate. Calls take place over video conference and the training takes place over a third party platform.

    You have one-year access from the start of the training so you can revisit the material again and again.

  • How much time do I need to commit and must I do the training live?

    The training requires approximately 3 - 5 hours of time per week if you are completing it real-time. This can vary based on how deep you go into the work and whether you expand the business frameworks over multiple aspects of your business. We recommend following the training pace with 1 module (or phase) per week.

    As the training is run in line with the phases of the moon over 8 weeks, it is best to keep with the pace of the training; however, if you do fall behind, it is no stress, as you can pick up where you left off and meet us for the live sessions when the begin.

    Building a business takes time, and this 8 week immersion will get you on the fast-track to starting up and scaling your business in an entirely new way.

    The training will cover many different energetic healing modalities, as you are working a great deal with your own energy as it relates to your business. You will work with the feminine arts, the phases of the moon, the seasons, elements and the directions.

    We will weave this knowledge together with many different aspects of business, ranging from the foundation of Vision, Mission and Values, getting clarity on what you are here to do (either within your already running business or in a business that you have yet to create). You will look into customer segmentation, product and service creation, marketing, messaging, product packaging, pricing, budgeting, scheduling and business plan building.

  • What business aspects will NOT be covered in The Feminine Code Business School?

    The Feminine Code Business School is the first level of this kind of training and since it is a global program, the specifics of the following will not be covered: banking, investment, loans, tax structures, legal business structures and insurance. For these topics you will need to consult your insurance provider, your attorney and/or your accountant.

    The Feminine Code Business School will not delve into manufacturing or distribution aspects of business.
