Kate's Business Background
Entrepreneur, Investor, MBA and former tech CEO, Kate has a breadth of experience in starting up, running and scaling companies in different industries. Most recently Kate co-founded and was CEO of one of the world's largest public chess-tech companies, co-owned with the World Chess Champion. Before her 7.5 year tenure as CEO, Kate also consulted both SMEs and large companies in business strategy, scaling, product development and operations. Today she uses her traditional business knowledge fused with her experience as an initiated priestess working with feminine wisdom to transform how her clients think about running their businesses. She weaves together the practical masculine with the intuitive feminine to bring about positive changes to the bottom line and the corporate culture. As Founder of The Feminine Code, she teaches her method to entrepreneurs around the world.

A typical business consulting package starts before you meet. In advance of your first session, you will introduce your business or idea and your general questions. This ensures your time together is effective in the months ahead.

The Introduction
Leading up to the first session, you will be sent an intro form that introduces your business, yourself and/or your idea. You can pick from the list of themes above, or select your own, and decide upon your first session’s focus. You will have the opportunity to share any other material or relevant sites for your company/project in advance of the meeting.

The First Session
During each 1-hour virtual meeting, Kate will help you work through your most pressing issues. Each session will build on the previous week’s work. Your session is always confidential and flexible around what you need. Kate works 1:1 over several months to ensure that impact can be made on the business.

The Next Steps
Following each session you will receive a follow up note with details from the session and other recommendations. If you are working with Kate through team-focused issues, other members of the team may also join in follow-up sessions. Kate works with entrepreneurs at a minimum of 3-months to ensure there is enough time to make lasting change on the business.

How do I book a Business Mentorship Session with Kate?
To book a BCS with Kate, you will need to apply through the intake form on this page.What if I need to reschedule?
While no cancellations are permitted, you are able to reschedule your session. If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.How many sessions do I need to be effective?
Depending on the topic you are covering with Kate it can vary. Kate works with clients for a minimum of three months in order to ensure enough time is available to create real impact on the business and for the founder in their way of leading and operating. Longer time frames work well for topics such as: creating/reworking wider strategic initiatives, personal leadership development or new concept creation etc.How much and how long are sessions?
Each session is 60 minutes. Packages range in price and can be found on the Business Mentorship with Kate page.I haven't started my business yet, is this still for me?
Depending on whether or not you have funding or savings already, you may choose to start with The Feminine Code Business School. If you are seeking 1:1 work with Kate, and are in the early stages of starting up your business or finalizing your idea, please ensure that your business already has funding means (either through revenue, your own investment or external investment) so that changes can be instituted. If you wish to work with Kate for preparing yourself personally, for example in leadership, then the funding is less applicable.What happens after a session?
After each session, Kate will send you follow up notes relevant to things you should look into or continue developing. It may also include homework for you depending on what area of the business you are working on.Are business Mentorship sessions with Kate for women only?
No, anyone can book a session with Kate.What topics will not be covered in a Business Consulting Session with Kate?
Kate is not a lawyer or an accountant, and therefore cannot help with legal set up or tax structures. This is better taken with your legal team and your accountant. While Kate has a great deal of experience across many industries, the topics of manufacturing or distribution will not be covered in great detail.how does the 1:1 mentorship differ from a business reading?
Working with Kate in her 1:1 Business Mentorship is a deep dive on every level and considers every aspect of both yourself and your business. In the Mentorship, you have access to Kate in two-live calls per month, 2X per week Voice Memos to maintain momentum, personalized homework, embodiment practices, as well as ad-hoc meditations or rituals. Additionally, she opens up her personal contacts (where appropriate), business secrets, and her own personal practices for those within this intimate program. Business Mentorship is by application only and starts at a minimum 3-month commitment. It is for those ready to take their business to the next level in a serious way. Business Readings are more limited in nature in that you come into the session with a core question or need and work through that issue in your 50-minute session.What if I book one package that is shorter in length, but I wish to continue working with Kate, can I get a discount on the first one?
When you book a shorter package with Kate and then decide to work longer, the difference on the overall package will be met, so you will not pay over what the asking price is for the length of time you are working together.
